In Marathon News...

Haile Gebrselassie, the favorite for the marathon in the Beijing Olympics , is pulling out of the race.

    I'm kinda bummed Haile won't be running the marathon. I'm sure he is, too, though.

    My hope is that Haile medals in the 10k, thereby solidifying his position as one of the top 5 Olympic distance performers of all time.
