I have enjoyed following your journey. Ran my first last year and I'll be trying for a Boston Qualifier this year (I know the Pig isn't the best choice for a fast marathon). Good luck to you and enjoy that feeling as you cross the finish line.
You did Emily! I've loved reading your blog the past few months. You've inspired me as I've trained to do the Pig 10K - hopefully next year I'll do more! Thanks for sharing your journey with us! Congrats on finishing your first one! Sharon

I am a 30-something year old designer who started running marathons in 2007. I've now completed 9 (and 22 halves) and am looking forward to my next running adventure!

Good luck! I hope I can get out of the office before they close the streets down!
Best wishes on your first one!
I'll be running my first Bloomsday Run 12K (huge event) in Spokane tomorrow!
